Their primary responsibility should be to have the desire and knowledge to minimize systemic or environmental RISKS &#8212; real and not perceived.<br \/><br \/>They should focus on minimizing everything from supply chain needs of their voters, to checks and balances of protecting funds when expended. <br \/><br \/>This should be the MISSION within their mission statement if they have developed one hundred and eighty (180) degree vision.
