These qualities are driven by group think and behavior from educators nurtured in those same principles that harbor dependence on a defined group or in turn government interaction. <br \/><br \/>That redefinition of priorities could not be determined 50 years ago. Now the impact on the individual &#8212; after the fact and until now &#8212; has manifested in a new focus on what &#8220;your country can do for you rather than on what you can do for your country&#8221; (with apologies to John F. Kennedy).
