Everything happening around us can be observed from 180-degree vision that impacts our understanding about not only the WHAT — but also the WHY — of issues about which we are becoming aware.
An example of this is the FIRST strategic auditing process of Social Security benefits being completed at the national level.
The audit has uncovered that the amount of false applications being submitted today is nearly one half (50%), and these fraudulent applications are being submitted by professional-type organizations and that until now were not apparent. The only reason that the scope of the issue came to light within Social Security WAS in fact due to that first NATIONAL STRATEGIC AUDIT.
The audit was due to individuals that see the significance of the impact of long-term government activities going unchecked and how new technology was used by individuals within the current administration.
This resulted in additional understanding that 50 percent of applications came from organizations classified as NGOs unregulated through the USAID system, and where lack of supervision created the successful but illegal activity over decades.
